Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Work
The Service Provider agrees to create, design, develop, test, and host a website for the Client based on the business plans submitted by the Service Provider. The specific deliverables and project requirements shall be governed by a separate Scope of Work document, which both parties will review and approve.
2. Developer Requirements
- The Service Provider will design, develop, and host the website as per the proposal submitted to the Client.
- Any changes to this Agreement or deliverables must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties.
- The Service Provider will notify the Client of any risks or schedule delays that may affect delivery dates.
- A final website presentation will take place on [Presentation.Date], where the Client will provide appropriate space and resources.
3. Payment
- The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider according to the payment terms outlined in the proposal.
- Invoices will be submitted by the Service Provider upon completion of milestones or as specified in the proposal.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Upon full payment, the Client will own all intellectual property rights related to the website.
- The Service Provider retains the right to showcase the website in their portfolio.
5. Web Hosting
- The Service Provider shall provide website hosting services for the Client’s website once development is complete.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
- Termination will not affect any payment obligations incurred before termination.
7. Dispute Resolution
- In case of disputes, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith.
- If negotiation fails, mediation or arbitration will be pursued.
